I guess the simple answer Qaswer, is that PayPal are much bigger and do much higher volume and so are more capable of operating profitably at lower margins.
Not everyone out there is a big fan of Paypal though, you'll find alot of discenting opinions on PayPalSucks.com. Also, PayPal tends to have alot more features available to US merchants than foreign ones ...

I must say that paypal is widely used on internet by and many people believe that it is reliable to use.
I think that Paypal is the best processor, it protects the buyers seriously, and leaves little room for the scammers! But sometimes the 45 day rule might backfire, and turns the buyers into scammers. At the end I think that paypal will always be the best.

I have noticed that Paypal is much much better in any aspect. Why is that so?
